Currently Seeking:

Hospitality is our strength at Midtown Veterinary Medical Center and we want all our clients and patients to feel welcome and comfortable. Through excellent customer service, we build strong relationships with our clients. Our front desk team members are specialists in friendliness and compassion while checking patients in and out of the clinic, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, emails and text messages, and maintaining digital medical records.  With keen attention to detail, they ensure smooth flow of the schedule throughout the day by liaising between medical staff and clients.  Our team is cross-trained to maximize coverage in the hospital.
